Sean Powell is a Behavioral Health Specialist and Vice Provost of International Relations & Electives at Central International College. With over a decade of experience, he has successfully merged the field of behavioral health with entrepreneurship to help build the VSU Center for Entrepreneurship, winning a global award, and has raised millions in funding across various roles, including at DMAS, Virginia State University, and Engage, The Foundation. Powell has led emergency preparedness initiatives across Virginia state agencies and developed mental health programs for the U.S. Army. His work emphasizes societal impact through entrepreneurship, education, and community development.
